水開始沸騰之後
海底輪給了身體大地。
臍輪讓水開始流動。
再往上，水遇見了火。
Manipura｜太陽神經叢輪位於腹部中央的區域，在古老的脈輪圖像裡，它是一朵十瓣蓮花。
它的名字 Maṇipūra，帶著「寶石之城」的意象。
而在蓮花中央燃燒的，是：
Fire｜火。
這裡有向下的三角形。
有火焰。
有種子音：
Raṃ。
也有承載火元素的公羊。
在《六輪論》的世界裡，Rudra 與 Lakini 也居住於這座火焰之城。它不是一片安靜的空間，而是一個充滿燃燒、轉化與力量的中心。
到了這裡，生命已經不只是存在，也不只是感受。
它開始產生方向。
開始問：
我要往哪裡去？

When the water begins to boil
Muladhara gives the body Earth.
Svadhisthana allows water to flow.
Further upward, water meets fire.
Manipura — the Solar Plexus Chakra rests around the centre of the abdomen, and in older chakra imagery it appears as a ten-petalled lotus.
Its name, Maṇipūra, carries the image of a “city of jewels.”
And within the lotus burns:
Fire.
There is a downward-pointing triangle.
There is flame.
There is the seed sound:
Raṃ.
And there is the ram that carries the element of fire.
Within the world of the Ṣaṭ-cakra-nirūpaṇa, Rudra and Lakini also dwell in this city of fire. It is not an empty or silent place, but a centre filled with burning, transformation, and power.
Here, life is no longer only about existing.
Nor only about feeling.
It begins to acquire direction.
And asks:
Where will I go?
火會把一件東西變成另一件東西
水可以改變形狀。
火卻會改變事物本身。
木頭進入火裡，不再只是木頭。
食物經過火焰，變成可以被身體吸收的東西。
黑暗遇見火，也開始出現光。
因此，在太陽神經叢輪的世界裡，「火」很容易成為一種關於轉化的語言。
它不是單純的破壞。
火消耗，也生成。
它讓原本停留在可能性的事物，真正開始發生。
到了現代脈輪文化裡，這股火又逐漸與意志、自信、行動、自我價值與個人力量相連。人們談 Manipura 時，常談到「我能不能做到」、「我是否相信自己的能力」，以及一個人如何使用自己的力量。
所以太陽神經叢輪的力量，不只是猛烈。
真正的火知道自己要燒向哪裡。

Fire turns one thing into another
Water can change its shape.
Fire changes the thing itself.
Wood enters flame and does not remain merely wood.
Food passes through heat and becomes something the body can absorb.
When darkness meets fire, light appears.
Within the world of the Solar Plexus Chakra, fire therefore becomes a natural language of transformation.
It is not simply destruction.
Fire consumes, but it also creates.
It turns possibility into something that actually happens.
In modern chakra traditions, this inner fire has gradually become associated with will, confidence, action, self-worth, and personal power. When people speak of Manipura, they often speak of the question “Can I do this?”, of trusting one’s own abilities, and of learning how to use one’s power.
The power of the Solar Plexus Chakra, then, is not simply intensity.
True fire knows where it intends to burn.
黃色的太陽
今天的太陽神經叢輪，幾乎總是黃色。
明亮的黃。
金色。
有時像正午的陽光，有時像一小團被放進腹部的太陽。
因此它也成為七脈輪裡最容易與「光」和「力量」連在一起的一輪。
在現代的七輪語言中，它的元素仍然是火，而它所承接的詞，也逐漸變成：
意志。
自信。
選擇。
行動。
界線。
力量。
有些人會把它稱作自己的「內在太陽」。
當這團火明亮時，他們描述的是敢於決定、敢於前進，也知道哪些事情屬於自己。
而當火變得微弱，人可能感到懷疑、退縮，像是明明知道方向，卻始終沒有力量踏出第一步。
這是現代脈輪療癒對 Manipura 最熟悉的觀看之一；黃色或金色、火元素、「I can｜我能」以及個人力量，常被一起放在這個中心。
火不需要永遠燃燒得最大。
它只需要足以照亮下一步。

The yellow sun
Today, the Solar Plexus Chakra is almost always yellow.
Bright yellow.
Gold.
Sometimes like the light of midday, sometimes like a small sun placed within the abdomen.
It has therefore become one of the chakras most closely associated with light and power.
Within the modern seven-chakra language, its element remains fire, while its themes have gradually gathered around:
will,
confidence,
choice,
action,
boundaries,
power.
Some describe it as an “inner sun.”
When that fire burns clearly, they speak of being able to decide, to move forward, and to know what belongs to them.
When the flame grows weak, a person may describe doubt or hesitation — knowing where they wish to go, yet feeling unable to take the first step.
This is one of the most familiar modern ways of seeing Manipura: yellow or gold, the element of fire, the affirmation “I can,” and the language of personal power all gather around this centre.
The fire does not need to burn at its greatest intensity forever.
It only needs to be bright enough
to reveal the next step.
當金色的石頭走進火裡
當水晶療癒進入太陽神經叢輪，出現在這裡的礦物也開始帶上陽光的顏色。
黃色。
金色。
褐金色。
其中常見的一顆，是：
Tiger’s Eye｜虎眼石。
現代脈輪實踐者會把虎眼石放在太陽神經叢輪，將它與信心、穩定自己的力量與行動連在一起。其他水晶療癒系統也常使用 Citrine｜黃水晶、黃色方解石、黃碧玉，以及其他金黃色礦物；不同作者的配對並不完全一致。
有人把石頭放在腹部。
有人在做決定之前握住它。
有人只是凝視金黃色的晶體，想像腹部那團火重新變得明亮。
在這些實踐裡，人尋找的不再是海底輪的大地，
也不是臍輪流動的水。
他們尋找的是：
讓自己真正開始行動的火。
而礦物本身並不燃燒。
它只是安靜地留在手中，
替那團看不見的火，
留下了一種可以被看見的顏色。

When golden stones enter the fire
When crystal healing enters the Solar Plexus Chakra, the minerals gathered here begin to take on the colours of sunlight.
Yellow.
Gold.
Warm brown-gold.
One of the stones often placed here is:
Tiger’s Eye.
Contemporary chakra practitioners may associate Tiger’s Eye with the Solar Plexus Chakra and use it in practices concerned with confidence, steadiness, and personal power. Other crystal-healing systems commonly include Citrine, yellow calcite, yellow jasper, and other golden stones, although exact correspondences vary between authors and practitioners.
Some place a stone upon the abdomen.
Some hold one before making a decision.
Some simply look into a golden crystal and imagine the fire within the body becoming bright again.
In these practices, what is being sought is no longer the Earth of Muladhara,
nor the flowing water of Svadhisthana.
It is:
the fire that allows action to begin.
The mineral itself does not burn.
It simply rests quietly in the hand,
giving a visible colour
to an invisible flame.
Reading
大地讓人站穩。
水讓人感受。
而火，
開始要求選擇。
因為只要選擇一條路，
就意味著其他道路暫時被留在身後。
想法必須變成行動。
願望必須決定方向。
力量也必須真正被使用。
這或許就是太陽神經叢輪比「自信」更深的一層意思。
它不是告訴自己：
我什麼都做得到。
而是在許多可能之中，
仍然願意選擇一個方向，
然後把自己的力量交給它。
火不問你擁有多少可能。
它只問：
你準備把自己燃向哪裡？

Reading
Earth allows us to stand.
Water allows us to feel.
And fire
asks us to choose.
Because the moment one path is chosen,
others are, for a time, left behind.
Thought must become action.
Desire must acquire direction.
Power must actually be used.
Perhaps this is the deeper meaning of the Solar Plexus Chakra beyond simple “confidence.”
It is not the declaration:
I can do everything.
It is the willingness, among many possibilities,
to choose one direction
and place one’s strength behind it.
Fire does not ask how many possibilities you possess.
It asks:
Where are you willing to burn?
