- Products will be shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is completed (excluding holidays).
- Careful packaging is used to ensure the safety of the product during transit.
- In special circumstances (such as consecutive holidays, weather factors, etc.), shipping times may be slightly adjusted.
Returns & Exchanges
Each DIYU product is crafted from natural crystals and handmade. Therefore, crystal patterns, mineral deficiencies, colors, and handmade details are all part of the product and contribute to each piece's unique appearance.
If the product is damaged during shipping, incorrectly sent, or has significant defects, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with relevant photos, and we will assist you with returns or exchanges.
Except for the above situations, returns or exchanges due to personal preferences, differences in natural patterns, or non-product defects will not be accepted.
