Natural crystals undergo a long geological formation process, and each piece possesses a unique texture and structure.
To ensure your piece lasts a long time, we recommend:
- Avoiding collisions, drops, or strong pressure.
- Avoiding prolonged contact with acidic or alkaline cleaning agents and chemical solvents.
- Using a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe away dust and keep the crystal and base clean.
- Avoiding prolonged exposure to humid, high-temperature, or direct sunlight environments.
- When moving the piece, please support both the base and the crystal with both hands, avoiding lifting only the crystal.
DIYU's pieces are all made with natural crystals and handcrafted bases. Each piece will have slight variations in texture, color, mineral imperfections, and handmade details. These are all part of the piece and are traces left by time.
