Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. 訂單付款完成後，通常會於 1–3 個工作天內安排出貨。
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided when available. 訂單出貨後，如物流系統提供追蹤編號，我們將提供包裹追蹤資訊。

If your package is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if applicable. We will assist you in checking with the shipping carrier. 若包裹於運送過程中遺失或損壞，請盡快與我們聯繫，並提供訂單編號及相關照片。我們將協助向物流單位查詢與處理。

DIYUの作品はすべて天然のクリスタルと手作業で作られているため、クリスタルの模様、欠け、色、手作りのディテールは作品の一部であり、それぞれの作品に独自の個性をもたらしています。
輸送中に商品が破損した場合、誤って配送された場合、または重大な欠陥があった場合は、商品到着後 7日以内にご連絡ください。関連する写真をご提供いただければ、返品または交換のお手続きをお手伝いいたします。
上記の場合を除き、個人の好み、天然の模様の違い、または商品の欠陥ではないことを理由とする返品・交換の申請はお受けできません。
