Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. 訂單付款完成後，通常會於 1–3 個工作天內安排出貨。
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided when available. 訂單出貨後，如物流系統提供追蹤編號，我們將提供包裹追蹤資訊。

每一件 DIYU 作品皆由天然晶體與手工製作完成，因此晶體紋理、礦缺、色澤與手作細節皆為作品的一部分，也是每件作品獨有的樣貌。
若商品於運送過程中發生損壞、寄送錯誤或重大瑕疵，請於收到商品後 7 日內與我們聯繫，並提供相關照片，我們將協助您辦理退換貨。
除上述情況外，恕不接受因個人喜好、天然紋理差異或非商品瑕疵因素所提出之退換貨申請。
